We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent activity or policy violation is suspected.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our handbags and daily bags as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on your screen resolution.
Pricing: All prices listed on the store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Stock Availability: Products are subject to stock availability. In the rare event that an ordered item becomes out of stock, our customer support team will notify you immediately for a refund or alternate replacement.

3. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Order Confirmation: Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are officially confirmed after phone or WhatsApp verification by our team.
Payment Method: We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You agree to pay the exact invoice amount in cash to the courier representative upon package delivery.
Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it or before parcel dispatch by contacting customer support. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled mid-transit.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

All deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy (standard delivery timeline: 3 to 5 business days).
Product returns, replacements, and refunds are strictly governed by our 7-Day Return & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, logos, store images, banners, custom copy, and graphics displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Jaweri & Co. Unauthorized copying, duplication, or re-use of these assets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jaweri & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from parcel courier delays, third-party logistics disruptions, or misuse of products after delivery.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
