  • Policy Duration: You can request a return or replacement within 7 days after receiving your order delivery.

  • Eligible Scenarios for Free Return/Replacement:

    • Product received is damaged, torn, or defective.

    • Broken zippers, chains, or hardware upon arrival.

    • Incorrect item or wrong color delivered by mistake.

📋 Return Conditions (Zaroori Sharait)

To be eligible for a successful return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:

  1. Original Condition: The handbag must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  2. Original Packaging: The product must be returned with all original tags, dust covers, and protective packaging intact.

  3. Proof of Purchase: Order number, receipt, or WhatsApp order confirmation screenshot is required.

Note on Change of Mind: Orders cannot be returned or refunded purely due to a "change of mind" after delivery unless the product itself is damaged or defective.

🔄 Return Process (Aasan Tariqah)

  1. Contact Us: Send a WhatsApp message or email to our support team within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

  2. Share Proof: Attach a short video or photos clearly showing the damaged area or the incorrect item received.

  3. Verification & Pickup: Once verified, our team will process your replacement or return request immediately.

💰 Refund & Courier Details

  • Replacements: If the product is damaged or wrong, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement parcel to your address at no extra shipping cost.

  • Refunds: In case a product replacement is unavailable, a full monetary refund will be transferred via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer within 2 to 3 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
