  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (all major cities across Pakistan).

  • Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Remote/Rural Areas: Delivery to non-metropolitan or remote areas may take up to 6–7 business days depending on courier coverage.

💵 Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Pay at Your Doorstep: You do not need to pay anything online. Simply pay the exact cash amount to the courier rider upon receiving your package.

  • Order Verification Call/WhatsApp: To ensure smooth delivery and prevent delay, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your delivery address before dispatching the order.

📦 Order Tracking & Inspection

  • Real-Time Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp message containing your courier Tracking ID so you can monitor your parcel's live status.

  • Package Inspection Guarantee: We inspect every handbag for quality, zip functionality, and stitching before packing to ensure you receive 100% flawless products.
